Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Policy

With more than half a century of manufacturing experience, our most valuable asset is our employees. As a company operating in heavy industry and high-engineering sectors such as steam boilers, hot oil boilers, pressure vessels, and industrial gas systems, we are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for everyone.

At STARGAZ, we are committed to applying our principles of "Quality, Safety, and Sustainability" not only to our products but also to our Occupational Health & Safety culture. Our OH&S Policy has been established to eliminate or minimize the risks associated with heavy manufacturing, welding operations, pressure testing, and installation activities, and is based on the following fundamental principles:

1. Full Compliance with Legal Requirements and International Standards

• We are committed to fully complying with all applicable occupational health and safety legislation, legal requirements, and international standards (such as ISO 45001) in the manufacture of industrial heating and gas systems.

2. Risk Management and Preventive Approach

• We proactively identify hazards that may arise within our 4,000 m² production facility, during the operation of our advanced machinery, and throughout the testing and installation of pressure vessels.
• With the belief that "every accident is preventable," we implement a dynamic risk assessment system to eliminate hazards at their source and achieve our goal of zero occupational accidents and zero occupational diseases.

3. Training and Development of a Safety Culture

• While combining our long-standing craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technologies, we strive to make occupational health and safety not merely a legal obligation but an integral part of our corporate culture.
• We provide continuous theoretical and practical training to enhance the OH&S awareness of our employees, subcontractors, and visitors.

4. Providing Safe Equipment and a Safe Working Environment

• We ensure and monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required for heavy industrial manufacturing.
• We perform periodic inspections and maintenance of our machinery, lifting equipment, and pressure testing units to provide safe and reliable working conditions.

5. Employee Participation and Continuous Improvement

• We encourage the active participation of our employees and employee representatives in our OH&S Management System and take their opinions into account in decision-making processes.
• We continuously monitor, review, and improve our OH&S performance by allocating the necessary resources in line with evolving technologies and changing production conditions.

As the Management of STARGAZ, we consider ensuring that every employee returns home safely and in good health at the end of each working day to be more important than production speed or volume. We believe that safe production is the foundation of a sustainable future.
